Essentially when you opt to sell your home on the Market, you and your home become involved in a numbers game. And with this the Real Estate agent or Realtor does not owe any loyalty to your home if it sits on the housing market for weeks and months it seems that  no more customers will be coming their way. As stated before Real Estate Investing has it’s place in the modern day Real Estate Market and it may be of some benefit to you.

These types of behaviors have led more and more people to take the path of the “For Sale By Owner” approach to selling their homes. With this, it is a hit or miss approach, as you wait for someone to call the phone number on the sign that you have left on the front of your house. In all reality the odds of selling a home this way is around a 50/50 percentage of the deal closing smoothly. Taking a 50/50 chance are not very good odds for you financially especially when you are trying to get your house sold.
